Matthew and Lisa Millin announce the birth of their son, Cooper Matthew Millin, on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 3:28 p.m. at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.
Cooper weighed nine pounds, eight ounces and was 22.75 inches long. He joins a brother, Nathan, 8, and a sister, Olivia, 4.
Grandparents are Forest and Etta Slaght of Stitzer, and Rodney and Nadine Millin of Maquoketa, Iowa.
Great-grandparents are Carol Kirchner of Lancaster, and Earl Donaldson of Beetown.
Cooper’s father is the owner and manager of the Decluer Hotel and Restaurant  in Maquoketa, Iowa. His mother is a chiropractor at Chiropractic Associates of Platteville.
