Talita and Matthew Austin of Belmont are the parents of a son, JonPhilip Matthew Austin, born Oct. 8, 2015 at Upland Hills Birthing Unit in Dodgeville. He weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 inches long.
    Grandparents are Phil and Jackie Austin of Belmont and Jon and Dulce Eastlick of Freeport, Ill.
