Monday, July 22—Katherine Wallace and Brian Bellmeyer of Lancaster, a daughter, Kelly Ann Bellmeyer, 5 pounds 6 ounces, 19 inches long, born at 11 a.m. at Grant Regional Health Center. She joins siblings Anna, Simon and Katie. Grandparents are Pat Bellmeyer and Clinton Bellmeyer.
