Jason Wikander and Bethany Randall, Portland, Ore., announce the birth of their daughter, Lyla Elizabeth Randall, at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, May 18 at Kaiser Permanente in Portland.
Lyla  weighed 2 pounds, 6 ounces and was 14.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Jerome Randall and Sara Gassman-Randall, Platteville, and Elizabeth Randall and Ron Distler, Scales Mound, Ill.
Great-grandparents are Neal and Amy Massey, Dodgeville.
