Adam and Kathryn Balster, Dubuque, are proud to announce the birth of their son, Owen Thomas Balster,  at 3:42 a.m. on Aug. 10 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.
Owen weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Steve and Maggie Kleisath, Platteville, and Tom and Maggie Balster, Dubuque.
Owen’s mother is a teacher at Holy Rosary School in Darlington and his father is a loan officer at Alliant Credit Union in Dubuque.
