Monday, Jan. 23—Ryan and Lauren Rosemeyer of Fennimore, a daughter, Raiya Elizabeth Rosemeyer, 7 pounds 6.1 ounces, 21.5 inches long, born at 8:03 a.m. at Grant Regional Health Center. She joins a sibling, Kobe. Grandparents are Roxanne Rosemeyer and Michael and Lois Brookhart.
