Sheila and Russell Ruegsegger II of South Wayne are the parents of a son, Russell Robert Ruegsegger III, born June 14, 2013 at Monroe Clinic Hospital in Monroe. He weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 ½ inches long. Russell joins two sisters: Alyvia, 5, and Alexa, 2.
