Matthew and Sheila Stephens announce the birth of their daughter, Tali Joy Stephens, at 12:01 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 12 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Tali weighed 5 pounds, 14 ounces and was 18.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Mort and Danni Stephens, Platteville, and Martha Ring, Hazel Green.
