Regan Geigle and Tanner Wiegel of Dodgeville are excited to announce the birth of their daughter Adeline Rae Wiegel, born Sept. 24 at 9:43 a.m. at Southwest Health Center in Platteville. Adeline weighed 8 pounds 11 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
