Jake Anderson and Laura Hottenstein of Fort Collins, Colo. are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. The wedding ceremony will be on Sept. 8 at 1:30 p.m. at the St. Andrews Church in Potosi. A reception will follow at the Holiday Gardens Event Center in Potosi.
Parents of the future bride are Dave and Sandra Hottenstein of Platteville. Parents of the groom are Arnold and Linda Anderson of Platteville.
Laura is a student of the Professional Veterinary Medicine Program at Colorado State University and will graduate in May 2013.
Jake has an associate’s degree in animal science from Eastern Wyoming Community College. He also attended farrier school in Monroe, Wash., and currently owns and operates Anderson Farrier Service in northern Colorado.
