Mound City promotes two to VPs

Mound City Bank promoted two of its assistant vice presidents to vice president positions.

Nancy A. Salzmann was promoted to Vice President Retail Banking.  Salzmann has been with Mound City Bank for 25 years, holding several positions in that time, including teller, teller supervisor, Belmont Branch Manager, Personal Banking Officer, and her most recent position as AVP Personal Banking.

She and her husband Don, and son Colin, reside in Platteville. They also have three other children, Steven (Molita) and granddaughter Quinn of Belmont, Ashley (Rémi) Dupont of Winnipeg, Canada, and Nathan (Amanda) of Lancaster.  Salzmann enjoys family time, walking, and reading.

John P. Digman was promoted to Vice President–Chief Operating Officer. Digman has 12 years of banking experience having served positions as Belmont Branch Manager, Personal Banking Officer and most recently, as Assistant Vice President–Retail Lending.

Digman is a graduate of UW–Platteville with Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Business with Finance minor and Agricultural Engineering Technology. He is a licensed insurance agent, having serviced the bank’s life, disability and credit insurance customers since 2001. He has also attended many banking schools.

Digman resides in Platteville with his wife, Kathy, and three children, Nathan, Grant and Ian.
