PLATTEVILLE — A loud noise complaint resulted in two disorderly conduct citations.

Two residents of Rountree Hall Apartments, 30 N. Elm St., complained of loud noise they could hear from two floors away Saturday around 11:25 p.m.

Platteville police went to apartment 205, where the occupants opened the door, shut it and wouldn’t reopen it.

Police are citing Darnell D. Ford, 24, and Quincy D. Burkin, 25, for disorderly conduct.

•    Marit T. Serigstad, 21, Platteville, was cited for disorderly conduct Saturday afternoon.

Police were called to 85 N. Hickory St. around 2:30 p.m. after a caller reported witnessing public urination and public nudity at the house.

The owner of the house is also being cited, according to police.
