Seven singers were selected to represent Platteville High School in the All-State Choirs of the Wisconsin Choral Directors Association. (Front, from left) McKenzie Scanlan, Arianna Day, Rachael Demaree and Erin Bowden sang with the 120-voice Women’s All-State Choir, directed by Dr. Mary Hopper of Wheaton College. (Back) Tom Hubl, Tristan Hirsch and Nick Demaree sang with the 120-voice Men’s All-State Choir, directed by Dr. Robert Sinclair of VanderCook College. After two days of rehearsal, both choirs presented their final concerts at the Pabst Theater in downtown Milwaukee.
