Arbor Day was celebrated in Richland Center last Friday with the planting of trees at the site of the old community center on Seminary Street. Gathered to lead the project were, as shown left to right in the above photo: Richland Center Parks and Grounds Director Shane Stibbe; Richland Center City Council President Marsha Machotka, who read an Arbor Day proclamation from Richland Center Mayor Paul Corcoran; Parks and Grounds Foreman Dave Fry; Parks and Grounds Maintenance Employee Doug Tyler; Parks Board President Pat Elliott; and City Council Alderperson Bill Kloehn.
