The family of Charles and Karen Vesbach of Platteville is hosting Kanoko Sato (right), a 12-year-old from Tokyo, as part of a 4-H cultural exchange through Aug. 23. Sato is part of a 59-person delegation visiting Wisconsin coordinated through the UW Cooperative Extension and states’ 4-H International programs.
