BOSCOBELS new logo will soon be going up on four new entrance signs to the city, as well as 12 directional signs pointing motorists to important Boscobel destinations. The citys new brand: Boscobel: Wisconsins Outdoor Recreation Destination was a collaborative effort between the Boscobel Developers, Chamber of Commerce and city leaders.

BOSCOBEL - The April 6 spring election will feature a contested race in Ward 2 between incumbent Steve Fritz and challenger Robin Baumeister. The four other incumbents are unopposed, including Gary Kjos, Ward 1; Brenda Kalish, Ward 3; and Brian Kendall, Ward 4.

On the Boscobel School Board, incumbent Kelly Trumm (Area 1) has decided not to seek re-election and no one filed nomination papers seeking the seat.

In Area 2, incumbent Derek Zimpel also had decided not to run again. His seat will be taken over by either Casey Updike or Cherryl Knowles, who have filed nomination papers to be on the April 6 ballot.

Not up for re-election this year are incumbents Roger Knoble and Kim Trumm (Area 3), Tim Haines and Wendi Stitzer (Area 1), and Todd Miller (Area 2).
