Janice R. Jacobs, 81, Prairie du Chien and formerly of Bagley, died Friday, February 28, 2014 at the Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in LaCrosse.

She was born April 26, 1932 in Bagley, the daughter of Ray and Leila (Kipper) Trine.  She married Dean Jacobs on December 30, 1953 in Prairie du Chien.

A memorial service was held Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at the Garrity Funeral Home in Prairie du Chien. Rev. Mary Ann Floerke officiated.

Interment will be later in the Flint Cemetery in Wyalusing Township. The Garrity Funeral Home, Prairie du Chien assisted the family. www.garrityfuneralhome.com
