CASSVILLE—Jerome A. “Jerry” Hoffman, age 68 of Cassville, formerly of Glen Haven, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014 at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.

    In keeping with Jerry’s wishes, a Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, Feb. 8 from 3 until 6 p.m. at the Up The Street Bar in Glen Haven.  Private family burial will be held at a later date.  A Jerry Hoffman Memorial Fund has been established.  Martin Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Cassville assisted the family.
