Mary Frances (Weber) Fowler, 64, of Richland Center has passed away. 

Memorial services were held on Tuesday, August 18, at Pratt Memorial Chapel, with Reverend Craig Peach officiating. Burial followed in the Richland Center Cemetery. Friends called on Monday, August 17, at Pratt Memorial Chapel and on Tuesday, August 18, until the time of the service.
