Richard G. “Rick” Millman, 81, Pompano Beach, Fla., passed away Sept. 16, after complications from a serious auto accident on Aug. 16.

Internment and presentation of honors will be held at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Fla., on Oct. 3 at 2 p.m. in Lane 3.
