Violet R. Workman, 83, of Boscobel, affectionately known by many as Grandma Mookie, went home to God on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2020, surrounded by her family after a hard fought battle with cancer at Gundersen Health Care in Boscobel.

A private funeral service will be held on Monday, Aug. 31, 2020, at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Pastor Rich McLeer will be officiating. Burial will be in the Boscobel Cemetery.
