BOSCOBEL - Boscobel wrestlers hosted Fennimore on Thursday, Jan. 12, coming away with three wins from their middleweights.

Chase Beinborn, at 160, won by decision, as would Jayden Alderson at 170. At 182, lone senior Preston Baker came away with a pin.

The final score was 54-12, Fennimore, with Boscobel forfeiting six of 13 matches.

At Ithaca-Weston

The Bulldogs wrestlers were on the road Saturday, as they headed for the 19-team Ithaca-Weston Invitational.

Chase Beinborn earned second place on the podium for the 160-weight class. He won over Cole Wisniewski (Sparta) by decision, 8-2, followed by a bye. That was followed by wins over Abe Meier (Cuba City/Benton/Southwestern) (Fall 3:21) and Travis Arndt (Iowa-Grant/Highland) (MD 15-4). Beinborn fell in the final match to Dalton Bernett of Viroqua in 2:58.
