Jim and Joan Cler will be celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary on Thursday, September 8. Jim and Joan were married in Milwaukee at Atonement Lutheran Church back in 1951. After Jim’s retirement from the Milwaukee Police Department, in 1987, they made Richland Center their home. Their loving family would like to congratulate them on a long and wonderful marriage: John and Vickie Cler; Dr. Joel Cler and Marjorie Kenyon-Cler; Jerry and Michele Cler; Jayne Cler; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. There will be a celebration with family later this month.
