Arboretum gets Fund grant

PLATTEVILLE — Platteville Community Arboretum, Inc. has received a grant from the Robert and Marian Graham Community Fund, a component of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, Inc. to support EE Lending Library GPS Devices.

The PCA Environmental Education Library is a lending library of resources available to area educators with the intent to promote outdoor education and awareness to the area’s youth. This recent grant will also enhance the Nature Camp that will be offered to children this summer.  For more information about this program contact Robin Fatzinger, rfatz54@gmail.com.

This grant is made available from the Community Foundation’s Robert and Marian Graham Community Fund. The Robert and Marian Graham Community fund is a resource for area nonprofit organizations whose programs and services are working for the betterment of our communities. Grants from the Robert and Marian Graham Community Fund have supported the arts, education, environment, health and human services and historical preservation.
