PLATTEVILLE — Snowball fights can be fun, until passing drivers complain about being snowball targets.

Three Platteville men were cited on the ordinance violation of throwing or shooting of arrows for allegedly targeting cars at Camp Street and Washington Street March 5 around 3 p.m.

Citations were issued to Zartosht T. Khodavandi, 21, Ross Allan Kraszewski, 22, and Andrew J. Sugden, 23.

The three will have court dates April 1.
