A 20-year-old Platteville man was arrested on outstanding warrants after a traffic stop in Platteville Wednesday night.

Anthony C. Banks was stopped for an equipment violation around 11:05 p.m.

Banks had outstanding warrants for failure to pay tickets after convictions on charges of retail theft, underage drinking and resisting or obstructing an officer, according to court records. Each charge included a fine of $263.50.
