A 20-year-old Cuba City man was cited after a crash early Saturday morning.

Robert J. Donar was driving south on Wisconsin 80 near Wisconsin 81 around 1:50 a.m. when he fell asleep and his car entered the right-side ditch, according to the Grant County Sheriff’s Department.

The deputy who responded to the call noticed an odor of intoxicants and “other indicators of alcohol use.”

Donar was cited for violation of absolute sobriety and prohibited alcohol concentration.

•         A 22-year-old Brodhead man was arrested for drunk driving early Saturday morning.

A sheriff’s deputy found a car on the side of Wisconsin 81 near Jentz–Baker Road in Ellenboro around 4:30 a.m.

After investigating, the deputy arrested Kyle B. Murray for first-offense drunk driving.
