Arianna Day, a graduate of Platteville High School, has been chosen to join the Kids from Wisconsin Troupe for her third year.

The Kids from Wisconsin showcases the most talented youth in a full musical revue for all ages, consisting of 20 singers/dancers and a 13-piece show band that performs inspiring, entertaining, musical productions to over 100,000 people each summer.

In high school, Day was selected as a member of the Wisconsin School Music Association High School Honor Choirs for three years, Wisconsin Choral Directors Association honor choir, and the Open Jar Institute in New York. Day performed in several UW–Platteville Heartland Festival productions, and played Gilmer in “Godspell” at UW–Platteville. She was also a Tommy Award recipient for Outstanding Lead Performer for her performance in PHS’ “Aida.”

Day is a Vocal Performance major and Business Administration minor at Viterbo University in La Crosse. She is also a member of the Viterbo vocal jazz ensemble, show choir, and concert choir. This past fall, she performed her first role in a Viterbo production as Damon in “Acis & Galatea. “
