Emily Mabra of Platteville had her first haircut at Cuttin’ Up Salon Oct. 30. She donated her hair to Locks of Love in memory of a 5-year-old girl who died of cancer at St. Jude’s Hospital. She decided to donate the hair after seeing a special featuring two bald girls whose only wish was to get their hair back. Emily’s sister, Savannah, donated to Locks of Love twice in three years.
