Richland Center was officially recognized as the “City of the Year” in Wisconsin by the 40 et 8.

Representatives from the local voiture presented a plaque honoring the city to Mayor Paul Corcoran at the outset of Tuesday night’s meeting of the city council in the Municipal Building.
