Barbara J. Runde, 62, Dubuque, passed away Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014 at home. She fell victim to cancer, but not without as they say, “giving it a go!”

A celebration of  her life was at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17 at the Lutheran Church of Peace in Platteville. Rev. Jeff Pedersen officiated. Visitation was from 2–5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16 at Hoffmann-Schneider and Kitchen Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Dubuque. Friends and family mingled and viewed many pictures that told the story of Barb’s amazing life. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Dubuque.
