Charlotte Louise Manning Williams, 82, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025. 

A graveside inurnment will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday November 21, 2025, at Riverside Cemetery, White Springs and a Celebration of Life Gathering will be held 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Sunday, November 23, 2025, at VFW Post 7909, 6204 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32244.
