Jack L. Cauffman, 86, Lancaster, passed away on Friday, Sept. 18, 2026, at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster with his loving family by his side.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026, at the Fennimore United Methodist Church with burial to follow in Prairie Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday at the church. The Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore is assisting the family.
