Jeffrey Scott Thomas, age 42, born on December 28, 1973, died on July 28, 2016, at The Richland Hospital. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 5, at 11:00 a.m. at Pratt Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Frederick Davison officiating. Burial will follow in the English Ridge Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to a luncheon, following the burial. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 4, at Pratt Memorial Chapel from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and again on Friday, August 5, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m.
