MADISON—Jessica L. Moore, age 34, of Madison, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014, at the UW Hospital due to complications from a blood clot in her lung. 

Funeral services will be held at Gunderson East Funeral Home, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 11 a.m., on Friday, Feb. 14, with her uncle, Steve Harrison officiating.  A burial service will be held at the Bloomington Cemetery in Bloomington at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the time of service, on Friday.  Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
