COTTAGE GROVE—John F. Felder, age 63, of Cottage Grove, formerly of Bloomington, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, at his home after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease.

Private burial will be held at Highland Memory Gardens, Madison. Public services to be held at a later date. In lieu of plants and flowers, a John F. Felder Memorial Fund has been established.
