John “Gus” J. Lowery, 64, of Cuba City, passed away on Monday, July 31 at Meriter Hospital in Madison.

A private family service with military honors accorded was held on Saturday, Aug. 5. A private family burial will be held at a later date. A public visitation was held on Saturday, Aug. 5 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City. The Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City is serving the family. In lieu of plants and flowers, a John J. “Gus” Lowery Memorial Fund has been established.
