John P. Holmes, 77, died on June 3, 2017, at Divine Savior Healthcare ICU in Portage.

Memorial services will be held at Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home (www.pmmfh.com) in Portage at 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 8, 2017, with Jeff Nania officiating. Private inurnment will be in Boscobel at a later date.

Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday, June 8, 2017, from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
