John Edward “Jack“ Warczak, 88, born November 27, 1936, son of Edward and Adeline (Hansen) Warczak, died peacefully at Agrace HospiceCare in Madison, Wis., on Friday, September 5, 2025. He was raised in Wauzeka, Wis., and lived for more than 60 years in Monona, Wis. A visitation for family and friends will be held at Gunderson East Funeral and Cremation Care, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2025. A graveside service will be held at Wauzeka Cemetery, Wauzeka,  at 12 noon on Saturday, October 25, 2025, followed by a luncheon at the Century Hall in Wauzeka.
