Kathleen M. Lewis, 92, Madison, formerly of Muscoda, died peacefully on Sunday, September 25, 2016, surrounded by her family at Agrace Hospice.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at the Godager Pratt Funeral Home, Muscoda. Burial followed in the Muscoda Cemetery. 

The family suggests memorials in Kathleen’s name be directed to the Salvation Army.
