Leonard W. “Lenny” Mauthe, 88, of Cuba City, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at Epione Pavilion in Cuba City.

Funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28 at the new location of Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City. Pastor Jasmine Tesdahl officiated. Burial was at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Cuba City. Visitation was on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. The Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City is serving the family. In lieu of plants and flowers, a Leonard W. Mauthe Memorial Fund has been established.
