Lucille “Toots” Cooper, 92, of Richland Center, formerly of Muscoda, passed away at Schmitt Woodland Hills on Friday, September 25, 2015. 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 1, at 11 a.m. at Basswood Union Church, with Pastor Duane Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the Basswood Cemetery. Friends may call at Basswood Union Church on Thursday, October 1, from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m.
