MADISON—Mark A. Cooley, age 57, of Madison, passed away on Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Funeral services were held at Gunderson East Funeral Home in Madison at 2 p.m., on Wednesday, Dec. 12, with the Rev. Jerry Amstutz presiding. Private family inurnment will be in Edgerton at a later date. Memorials in Mark’s name are encouraged to the Dane County Humane Society, 5132 Voges Road, Madison, Wis. 53718.
