Patsy “Pat” N. Wagner, 75, Boscobel, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2017 at Atrium Post Acute Care in Lancaster. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Double K’s Bar and Grill in Boscobel. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the family.
