Patsy J. Rhatigan, age 78, of Darlington, passed away Feb. 19, 2014, at the Lafayette Manor in Darlington. She was born Dec. 15, 1935 in Monticello, Iowa.
    Patsy is survived by her birth mother: Mildred Brewer of Lodi, Calif.; four children: Carmi (Dee) Krumwiede of Darlington, David (Mary) Rhatigan of Onalaska, Mark Rhatigan of Mountain Home, Idaho, and Wendy (John) Gerhardt of New Orleans, La.; 12 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
    Memorial services were held Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, 15691 County Road K in Darlington with Patsy’s son-in-law; Pastor John Gerhardt officiating. The Erickson Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Darlington served the family.
