Raymond Louis Quellhorst, 94, Boscobel, formerly of Lebanon, Ia., beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather and great-great grandfather died peacefully on January 04, 2017 at the Good Samaritan Society in Fennimore.

The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 14, 2017, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 319 East South Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday, at the church in Lebanon.

Interment with Military Rites will follow at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.
