Richard “Dick” L. DeBuhr, 82, of Seymour passed away on Sunday, Feb. 25.

Visitation will take place at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home in Seymour on Friday, March 8 from 9 a.m. until the funeral service at noon with Pastor Lee Helms officiating.
