Richard “Dick” Petrak, 67, of Platteville, died on Wednesday, Nov. 25 at home.

Memorial services were at 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 30 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. Military rites were accorded by VFW Post #5274 and American Legion Post #42. Rev. Jeff Pedersen officiated. Burial was at Hillside Cemetery in Platteville. Visitation was from 4 p.m. until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
