Roger R. Brugger, 76, of Belmont, died on Sunday, Dec. 16, at his home with his family at his side.  Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, at First English Lutheran Church, Platteville.  Rev. Michael Short will officiate.  Burial will be at the Belmont Cemetery.  Friends may call from 4 – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 19, at the Melby-Bendorf Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville or from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the church.  Memorials may be made to the Roger R.
