Russel D. Riggs,  54, Steuben, died on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at Gundersen Hospital in LaCrosse.

Funeral Services were held on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Pastor Charles Koester officiated. Burial will be at a later date in the Boydtown Cemetery, rural Boscobel.

Military honors were accorded by the Blake-Semrad  American Legion Post #134 and the Gilbertson-Pitzer- Radley VFW Post #10393 both of Boscobel.
